If you haven’t seen this on facebook yet, this is a must watch video. It is an in depth interview with Team LLoyd Irvin Black Belt Jimmy Harbison. Jimmy completed the “Grand Slam” (winning European Open, Pan Ams, Brazilian Nationals, World Championships) in 2011 at Brown Belt Middle Weight division. The video gives great insight into the mindset and what it takes to be a champion. It also addresses the excuse that other competitors and coaches make, and the mindset of the people who are not capable of being or producing a champion. This video is a little long, but well worth taking the time to watch.
