Everyone that trains Jiu Jitsu day in and day out knows that your body never feels 100%. It seems like everyday that i wake up something  new hurts or is sore. I get the feeling that sometimes people will use that as an excuse to not train as hard, or even miss class altogether. I know that if i went by that, i would probably miss out on allot of good training. I feel like i am always pushing the limit of what i think i can do. The more i experience this, the more it makes me feel like there is no limit to what i can do if i train hard enough.
