Take a look at some highlights from last night’s competition team training session at Paramount BJJ. This was one of the rounds where Mike and Phil squared off for 20 minutes straight. This Saturday they’ll be competing at the NAGA in Broomall, PA and the following weekend they’ll be in California for the San Francisco Open.
