Traveling to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling tournaments to compete is one of the most rewarding and exciting experiences in BJJ. However, most people have careers and families and can’t just hop on a plane and fly across the country to compete. Others aren’t even sure if they’d like it.

The solution: We bring the tournament to Paramount! On Saturday, June 8th we’ll be hosting our first ever Paramount BJJ In-house Tournament. All Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling students from Paramount are welcome and encouraged to try it out. We’ve also extended an invitation to a few other schools on the team.

Competition- in any form- can cause anxiety and nervousness. But the emphasis at our event will be on learning, trying your very best, and experiencing the amazing camaraderie that tournaments promote. Besides, if you’re having fun and enjoying the experience you’ll compete better!

This tournament will be geared for beginners, so there are divisions for Children (ages 6+), Teens, and Adult White Belts. If you’re thinking about entering and have questions, please email us at info@paramountbjj.com and we’ll be happy to help. Spectators are also welcome- no charge, so bring your friends and family and have a blast!
